Architect Gregory La Vardera recently completed a home in southern NJ that’s a hybrid of 1950s and contemporary architecture with all the conveniences of a new home. The raised ranch style was perfect for the uneven, sloped lot. The lower level features extra bedrooms and a home/office area. The main floor houses the living spaces and master bedroom. What I love most about this home is that it’s local to me!
