This looks incredible, but I have a feeling that it will be the subject of many a lawsuit.
I do think it’s fantastic how much space it saves and how open it makes the room feel.

Great to see concept stairs being posted about. We’re pretty constrained in Australia as to what we can legally build, but I particularly the “impossible stacked block treads” of this stair here: http://www.arden.net.au/Projects/Arrow-Energy-Corporate-Offices.aspx.
Of course, there’s really a concealed structural steel beam stopping all those treads from toppling over ;)
