Lawson-Fenning launched the first piece of their Ojai Collection in 2016 with the Ojai Chair that was inspired by the idea of creating something between art and craft. It was quickly followed with the addition of the Ojai Sofa, and they’re rounding out the rest of the collection this winter with a lounge chair, coffee table, cabinet, credenza, desk, floor mirror, wall mirror, bed, dining table, and nightstands in two sizes.

“As with much of our work, we were inspired by the topography and lifestyle of SoCal. Specifically, the California coast. That area where the hills and mountains meet the Pacific Ocean. It’s both rugged and peacefully serene,” said Lawson-Fenning co-founders Grant Fenning and Glenn Lawson.

It’s easy to picture these relaxed heirloom-quality pieces, made in solid Claro Walnut or solid White Oak, working alongside any number of other styles with the organic feel and generous proportions they bring to the table. Add in just how comfortable they appear to be and we’re sold.
