I’m excited to introduce our newest Scratchbook artist, Ryan M. Parker! Ryan is a Japan-based artist from Arizona who shares his lifelong love of dogs through illustration. Using collage, paint, and dry media, he tells visual tales as unique as the canines that star in them!
