This Tribeca Townhouse was created by Andrew Berman. Austere white walls with contrasting floors and huge windows/sliders give the house a very defined spatial reference with the interaction of its surroundings. The house is light, fluid and transparent and one can view the street from any room in the house. This is minimalistic done right.
