Turtle/Turtle by Cory Grosser

Cory Grosser originally designed his prototype Turtle/Turtle for an auction to benefit the World Wildlife Fund. The item proved to be popular that Grosser has hopes of doing a small run of them with the help of Kickstarter. The project must be fully funded with 50 pre-orders by Friday, December 16th in order to go into production.

The Turtle/Turtle can be a child’s seat, a toy or a decorative object in a room. The multi-functional design is based on a sea turtle because of their gentle nature that kids love and and Grosser believes it goes perfectly alongside the Eames Elephant. It is made of furniture quality materials like powder-coated steel and premium saddle leather so it’s durable and long lasting.
