U32 – 1: Lighting Inspired by Contemporary Urban Trends

Monterrey, Mexico design studio SHIFT introduces a line of lighting for lamp manufacturer LampsLite. Named U32 – 1, the pendants are made entirely of metal and were inspired by contemporary urban design, like modern city landscapes. Each light is made up of two icosahedric (a 20 sided polyhedron) shapes that result in a geometric pendant suspended inside an angular wire frame.
