Vito is a trestle leg that allows you to create a table using your own tabletop, designed by the HeyTeam design collective, made up of Claudia Ciarpella, Paolo Emili, Riccardo Paccaloni. The system is made up of two pieces of metal that lay over your table and wrap around the sides. The legs are then screwed in underneath, functioning like a clamp keeping the table and legs in place.

Nice, looks à lot like our ‘Clamp à leg’ http://www.devorm.nl/producten/clamp-a-leg

Brilliant. Now let me just find a sheet of wood that’s just the right width…
Having said that, I do really like the fact that these legs attach in a non-destructive way. That part is very cool.

I feel that “BYO table top” is a great idea when you can fit legs to anything. When you have to provide a table top to an exact width (such as with these legs), it kind of defeats the purpose, no?
