WAFFT by Tani-Matsumura

The WAFFT series by Tani-Matsumura (Takaaki Tani and Kazunori Matsumura) consists of a table and a stool.

The theme of the furniture is “waft.” Made of plywood that is a hybrid between aluminum and beech wood, the flexible thin material that is strong enough to support the weight. The airy twisting of the legs also makes it look like “a leaf dancing in the air.”
