Perhaps I’m showing my hand as a crazy dog lady, but some of my most cherished possessions are the portraits I’ve had commissioned of my three pups over the years. Seeing the varied interpretations of their unique traits – and the way each artist is able to capture subtle details – makes me smile *almost* as much as my dogs’ ridiculous antics. Recently, I stumbled across the work of artist Matea Sinkovec and immediately fell in love with her colorful pet portraits. I love the playful nature of her style and the detailed patterns she incorporates into her work. If you’re as smitten as I am, do yourself a favor and take a look at her Etsy shop for details and size options.
