I can’t believe I’m posting about Microsoft, being an Apple gal myself but their new Arc Touch Mouse is some crazy cool technology! The Arc is designed to flatten for portability and pop up for comfort. It features a touch scroll strip allowing you to navigate with the touch of a finger.
Designed by Microsoft’s industrial design team, the mouse’s sleek and slim design considers portability, comfort and space. It fits easily into bags, pockets and take up less space on desktops. And it’s pretty, too. Oh, and Mac people — a similar version comes in white (but can’t be flattened). Don’t tell Apple that I might cheat on them if this version comes out in white, too!

The Arc Touch Mouse is available for presale at various online retailers and will ship in early December just in time for the holiday season. It will be available online and in stores in January 2011.

Saw the mouse before by abduzeedo.com, and i must say really nice and clean mouse. Looks futuristic with a little minimalist style – really like this!

interesting looking mouse and similar feature concepts to new Swiftpoint mouse – portability, comfort and a cool design too. have had a swiftpoint for about a month now and love it – great fast scrolling action too.

Windows is crappy, but, honestly, Microsoft’s peripheral are the best. I think it’s even better than the Magic Mouse.

The white model is a different mouse model. It can’t be flattened and it doesn’t have a touch strip but a mouse wheel.

I am an Apple guy myself but this MS mouse looks fantastic! Thanks for the heads-up about the pre-order.
