The Bakery Calendar by Futura 2/2 is an interesting approach to telling the date. The rolling pin prints the 2010 calendar on a sheet of dough.

    Interesting idea. But doesn’t the print on the roller need to be mirror image, in order to print right way round on the pastry ?

    No you wouldn’t – if you think about a rubber date stamp – same principal – and the letters are the right way around on there!
