Beaver Street Reprise by Craig Steely — who is now my new favorite architect — is situated in a Victorian neighborhood in San Francisco, CA. It is “a conceptually modern house” containing an apartment, office, and a split-level living area that opens onto a deck with sod roof.

I love this home. His use of texture with the different woods is stunning. Great find.

It’s like Howard Roark plus Stanley Kubrick multiplied by Mike Brady divided by The Royal Tenenbaums. I love it.
