BOUNCE: Foam Sculpture Seats by Véronique Baer

The BOUNCE collection by Véronique Baer kinda reminds me of quilted gumdrops, but these foam seats are actually soft, comfortable chairs. They adapt to any body shape and then bounce back to their original sculptural form once you get back up.

Because there’s no obvious place to sit, you’re invited to sit wherever and make it your own. Two foam plates are glued together to form the body and then each one is covered in flexible furniture fabric from Dutch brand Febrik.

The largest, Big Anton, will surround the user on their back and sides.

Smaller Christine makes for a comfortable chair, while the smallest one, Olaf, is the perfect stool.
