Taylor Smyth Architects are known for creating cantilevered kitchen countertops… and this small gem doesn’t disappoint inside. This project was part of transforming, enlarging and modernizing a residential architecture on an established Toronto street. The design celebrates the juxtaposition between the original house and the contemporary construction by creating a bond between the two structures.

How boring and vapid. I thought that we were long over this sort of deadening “minimalism.” Even Australians wouldn’t like this.
