Believe it or not, these jaunty, no handle Contrast Mugs are from the classic Danish china company, Royal Copenhagen. Designed by H.C. Giedde, the porcelain pieces, which have pleasing ridges like a ramekin, come sheathed in a brightly colored silicone sleeve that helps prevents slippage and protects fingers from the heat.
The company actually gifted one to us (forest green, thank you very much) on Design Milk’s recent press trip to Copenhagen, and we’ve been using it daily. The verdict? Love the look and the utility.
