I stumbled upon ReusableBags.com and now I want to buy bags there for grocery shopping. I really think this is a great idea – if you think all shopping totes are the same, check out the variety on their site.

This is a wonderful idea! I regularly take my own shopping bags with me – and prefer if because
A) I can help the environment, and save some whales from dieing because they swallowed too many discarded bags
B) It is so much easier! Easier? Yes! Because I don’t have so many pesky bags around at home – and when a clerk may usually use 4 bags – I can usually fit it all in my bag – it is a much more streamlined process.
I use a combination of bags from thrift stores and the Eco-Bags (string ones). I’ve blogged about this at different points … so am glad to see someone else is too!
