Dwell on Design Exclusive House Tour: Rome Residence

Located in Mt. Washington, the Rome Residence by FUNG + BLATT Architects, Inc. is an L-shaped home that focuses on indoor/outdoor living space.

Together with its carport and connecting retaining walls, it forms an S around two informal courts. A cantilevered deck offers city views and the family area also opens up to its own viewing deck. The three-story interior staircase has a unique architecture of its own.
