Outofstock designed the Hide table for Danish furniture brand Bolia, with the idea to save space.
The compact dining table has a secret compartment under the tabletop in which you can store just about anything from dining and kitchen accessories, to tea towels, or cutlery. Outofstock explains, “The main intention [is] to bring these every day dining-related objects closer to where the action is… After all, the conviviality of eating begins with setting the table.”
The table top surface rotates 100 degrees in both directions, revealing 75% of the storage surface when fully opened. The top is made of flat and bent oak veneer with solid oak legs. The top is finished in white-washed oak veneer, and you have the option of white-washed or dark grey stained oak for the storage and legs.
