I am totally not sure what to think of that case…haha. it’s way too bulky. Is it supposed to be used to bulk up the iPHone to make it seem like one of those old fashioned phones that doubles as a deadly weapon?

That’s one crazy looking iPhone 4 case. I use to be all into the cases for my iPhones, but now that Apple offers the Apple Care + service for $99 on the iPhone 4S I just use it w/o a case. If you think about it… a good case is $40 and then invisible shield is another $30. That $70 is more than the $50 deductible I could pay to have my iPhone 4S replaced. I hate to say it, but I think the market for cases is going to take a hit once more people start using Apple Care + on their iPhones.

I see your point Nick. This discussion may also be a sustainability conversation as well though. The amount of energy, both in people and resources, to make an iPhone is often more than a case. If you find a reliable (and responsibly-made) case, you can cut down on any unnecessary environmental and human rights impact for $20.
