Japanese design studio YOY are the masters of mind-bending products, from 2D canvas paintings that you can actually sit on, lamps made from paper, to lighting that plays with perception. Their latest is a hollow pillow that looks like it’s made of lace and actually has the comfort of a real pillow. LACE, created in collaboration with Mitsui Chemicals, is made with a light resistant elastic polyurethane called STABiOâ„¢ that’s molded into the shape of a pillow.
