I got my issue of Real Simple in the mail this weekend – the Family issue. I don’t have kids, I thought, so why bother reading it? Well, I do have a mom and dad, so I decided to flip through it. Oh, man. There is this section in the issue where writers submitted letters addressed to their children for the future. For example “to be read on your wedding day”… One is even written by Dooce.
Cue the waterworks. I couldn’t even get through them all. OK, just thought I’d share.
