These townhomes, located in the West Village in NYC are clearly an amazing combination of historic brick rowhomes and modern convenience. So, when do I get the keys?
Conceived as two parallel projects, they share similar details, finishes and materials while each has unique architectural features. One townhouse has a penthouse and roof terrace with a fireplace and stunning views of the Empire State Building to the north, while the other is situated on the interior of the block, with its own garden muse and limestone courtyard.
Murphy Burnham & Buttrick have some impressive projects on their website, this one being on my list of future “drive-bys”. Yes, I drive by houses for fun.

Such a fabulous location! I recall years ago staying at the Hotel Riverview at Jane/Hudson!
