Well, kind of. More kitschy meets mod. But IMHO, it’s a step up for Penney’s.

I agree, it is definitely a step up for Penneys, they seem to have stepped up a lot of things this year. I landed on their website while searching for some living room furniture and I was really impressed with some of the things I saw there. Not what I had expected from JCP at all.
