Since 1989, Luminaire’s third showroom has been uniquely situated in a timber loft building in the heart of the Chicago’s River North district, an area boasting the largest concentration of art galleries outside of Manhattan. An inviting and creative three-level, 21,000-square-foot showroom that displays the latest collections from the world’s most preeminent designers, consistently evoking the company’s philosophy of how good design can affect people’s lives. The timber loft building with its brick walls juxtaposed with soft white surfaces presents a background to the unparalleled collection of the best in contemporary design from leading European companies including B&B Italia, Porro, Living Divani, Glas Italia, Flexform, Edra, Desalto, Classicon, Foscarini, Ingo Maurer, Flos, MDF Italia, Paola Lenti, Moroso and Zanotta among many others, showcasing timeless pieces from designers who have become friends of Luminaire over the past decades including Piero Lissoni, Massimo and Lella Vignelli, Naoto Fukasawa, Patricia Urquiola, Kostantin Grcic and other luminaries.
