They do have great things on their website but I wouldn’t buy from this company. Their customer service is beyond terrible, they don’t ship with they say they will and they don’t describe items correctly. You’re better off buying from another site that carries the same thing. Just Google their items, you’ll probably even find them cheaper!

I agree that they have lovely things … but, I ordered a table in November it was delivered broken in January they picked up the broken table delivered a second one in March assured me it would not take that long this time … it is now May … I cannot reach them on their website … I cannot reach them by phone … I have tried having design sites intercede … I have been ripped off for a great deal of money …
Their customer service in non existant and they never return email’s or phone calls

Well, the new order system is apparently no better than the old one. We ordered a rocking chair that arrived with one of the rockers snapped off. My wife has been calling and emailing back and forth with Modern Dose for more than a month. They’ve requested three sets of photos. No one answers the phone. They don’t return phone calls. It takes several emails to get a response. Still no help.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST BUYING FROM MODERN DOSE UNTIL THEY CAN FIX THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROBLEM.
I ordered and paid for a lamp from Modern Dose last year and it cost about $400 and I never recieved it or my money back! I have tried to call and email them so many times!
I wanted to buy many things from Modern Dose, but now I will never buy anything again. It makes me so sad that I didn’t get what I paid for or my money back! Modern Dose, I hope that you one day will fix this, but I doubt that you ever will do anything. If you are as good as you say, go ahead and email me and make it right! [email protected]
