This project was a house renovation for a sociologist in Peru by Longhi Architects. I think it is more complicated to do a renovation than to start from scratch since you have to work with what you have and try to improve and meet the client’s expectations. The firm did a great job. The wood tone, the wall’s colors and the openness of the space is striking. The home also maximizes the natural light by placing a large number of windows high up by the roof line.

With the high ceilings, the glass panes and the breeziness of the overall design, this is perfect for tropical climate countries. :)
