The Serrano House by Felipe Assadi is sited in a land over one of the hills bordering the East zone of the city of Santiago.
The project has been approached from the possibility of looking at the city from a great height in a 180 degrees angle. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the presumed appearance of neighboring buildings affects volumetry towards the formation of a pavilion apparently opaque in its lateral walls, which remains on the landscape to generate a punctual relationship with the scenario in only one axis.

I have a beautiful wife and a pretty good job with a baby on the way. If I lived in this house (with my retired parents), my life would be complete!

What makes this house elegant and lovely are the furniture that you can find in it.
