With a nod to the nostalgia of fairy tale-like serenades to maidens, the Valentim sofa is built with a wooden structure that mimics the front of a balcony (the balustrade), much like the one a maiden would be waiting behind. Designed by DAM, the walnut wood cradles the gentle curves of the turquoise upholstery, which appears to float above the frame.
