I initially see a foot too, but after looking at it for a while…no, I still see a foot. I even see the ankle bump on the right side of the depiction. Even the size of the “toes” appear to be the right size. I don’t know exactly what this artist tried to create, but if it was an angel’s wing, he/she could have at least added more than 5 portions of a wing, less bumps that look like an ankle, and it taking up not only the side of the drawers, it would actually be really cool-looking.
