Trompe L’oeil Carved Wooden Upholstery by Rüskasa

Taiwanese company Rüskasa focuses on modern wooden furniture built by hand using labor-intensive techniques. Incorporating inspiration from Scandinavia and Japan, the heirloom pieces feature clean lines, stripped of any unnecessary adornment, leaving the wood to shine. The stellar craftsmanship paired with their use of maple, beech, and walnut, mean these pieces are built to stand the test of time.

The RU-ST007 Bench features a trompe l’oeil effect on the wooden seat looking as if it’s upholstered when it’s really carved. The bench is available in maple or walnut.
