He hasn’t forgotten about us modern design loves and has created the Wine Wall Series, a modern wine display system that uses aluminum, steel, and wood to create a minimalist approach to wine storage. He is also working on incorporating acrylic and wood rods for a more customized look.

This is a fantastic cellar! Is it climate controlled? How many cases can you fit in the cellar that is pictured? It sure doesn’t look like you would have any trouble getting many, many cases safely stored inside.

hello artisan;
thanks for your note.
yes, we incorporate climate controls into all of our custom wine cellars.
you’re right – we can easily maximize storage capacity with this design as there is minimal material between bottles. we can change the spacing in our programming in order to allow the spacing to suit the collector/wine collection.
the cellar shown, in bamboo allows for a capacity of over 40 cases of 750 ml bottles and 14 magnums in the corner. the room is quite small, but the cellar has a good capacity.

Great! And it looks like it’s gotta save a lot of space. But considering we would be putting bottles of wine, isn’t it a little bit fragile to the untrained eye?

that’s what modern design is all about – building things that work, with minimal materials!
