Zip Chair by Chen Liu

The Zip Chair consists of laser cut polypropylene, two zip ties, and a steel leg base, all wrapped up in one dining chair package by Chen Liu.

Panels cut into a sheet of 1/8″ thick polypropylene are gathered together and connected with a zip tie on each side. The gathering creates the curves in the chair, making it comfortable to sit in.

Because the base isn’t a solid surface and instead with open slots, water won’t pool on the seat so you can even use it outside.
