What happens when an iconic British brand joins forces with a legendary British designer? Design magic, that’s what. Anglepoise® worked with Paul Smith on a special edition of their classic Anglepoise® Type75™ table lamp and his interpretation brings his signature style to this no-frills lamp in a collaboration called Anglepoise® + Paul Smith. If you were paying close attention, you may have seen a sneak peek of this lamp in our Clerkenwell Design Week roundup.
The lamp is highly recognizable in today’s world and letting Smith take it for a fun spin adds even more history to the lamp. Using a playful color combination, each component is a different color giving the lamp Smith’s design stamp.
