A few lucky souls can acquire a unique apartment in South East London in the No.2 at Upper Riverside, a design-led community developed by Knight Dragon and designed by Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio and SOM. Situated by the Thames within a family of five glass and stone buildings, there are a limited collection of 35 studios, lofts, and penthouses, the first being designed by Tom Dixon.
The lofts have double-height living spaces with city views, while the studios cover 516 square feet and feature private balconies. The three penthouses not only have massive private terraces, but they have up to up to 2,485 square feet.
Besides the space, each one comes complete with Tom Dixon’s signature look, which includes a custom Tom Dixon kitchen with custom-designed enamel backslashes and copper kitchen cabinetry.
The bathroom tiles reference traditional glazed London brick and the glass showers feature custom dichroic glass.
Each resident also gets membership to the private roof terrace and London’s highest residential pool, all designed by Dixon’s Design Research Studio.
The community is expected to be open in the autumn/winter of 2018.

Absolutely gorgeous designs. I love Tom Dixon lighting but i’ve never been able to choose the right designs to really showcase it as a feature, but that apartment manages to make everything look like it belongs there, whilst standing out at the same time.

Trendy, but not too trendy.

Cool designs – I like the use of light throughout the whole building and the pool. :)
However, not sure how these are going to look in 10-20 years! haha
