Your Baby’s First, Really Cool Bed

They may be small but newborns need cool, luxurious places to sleep too, so Ralph Montemurro designed the Rockwell Bassinet for Monte Design. Made in Toronto, Canada, the bassinet sleeps newborns up to about 4-6 months inside its cozy, removable basket.

The basket not only comes out, the cover is removable and washable and made of OEKO-TEX® certified fabrics (meaning they’re tested and free of harmful substances), which come in either white or heather grey microfiber. The Rockwell is outfitted with a mattress and two fitted sheets.

The rocking stand is made of polished chrome and FSC-certified solid American walnut.

You can easily move the bassinet throughout your house and when the baby outgrows it, you can use the basket as a toy holder.
