ROOST was designed by Morris Adjmi Architects (of The Wythe Hotel, The Highline Building). It has 27 fully-furnished apartments that have a clean, modern look without feeling sterile.
The loft-like, airy spaces feature cozy furnishings, like antique Turkmen carpets, carefully curated art, and mostly mid-century modern pieces.
