In this 3 story project, you can feel the optimization of the spaces to create a sense of comfort, a functional design with a more contemporary style.

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and a garage for 2 cars. There’s also a den that could be utilized as a 4th bedroom or studio.

First story holds the social area, second the bedrooms and third floor is the terrace, den and the washer and dryer area.
