Christina Z Antonio Adds Soft Neon Lights to the Helio Collection

At the intersection of science, technology and design, interior designer Christina Z Antonio found inspiration for her latest work through the healing powers of light. The limited edition Helio Collection comprises two chairs, a bi-level two-seater and a one-seater, created from oak, silk, alpaca, leather, and the pièce de résistance, neon lights. Topped with an alpaca pad, the round seats rest upon oak legs hidden by layered discs of leather, the same design detail found on the seat backs. Two columns rise up from the seat to connect the blown glass tubes filled with helium glass, which emit a soft neon glow. Whether daytime or night, the sculptural Helio chairs provide an unexpected detail that will draw everyone’s attention.
