Desktop Wallpaper: July 2021

To celebrate our 15th anniversary and the fact that Designer Desktop has been running since March 2010 (!!!), we’ve asked Molly Fitzpatrick of DittoHouse to return and create another fabulous downloadable desktop for us, paired with one of our favorite quotes about passion by American author Howard Thurman: “Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

Last time, Molly shared a design from her Courageous Woman collection, inspired by her hero (and her daughter’s namesake!) Malala Yousafzai, for the August 2018 desktop. Since then, she designed the Woven Collection in collaboration with Trama Textiles of Quetzaltenango, Guatemala and has been creating countless designs and patterns which she shares on Instagram. Molly’s designs are punchy in colors, modern in design and thoughtful in production and manufacturing. We love each and every one, whether digital or IRL.
