Forge Creative Makes Typography-Inspired Wooden Tables

Founded in 2013 by designer-makers Josh Kennard and Oliver Milne, Forge Creative is a design studio making handmade, high-end furniture out of their workshop in Sussex, UK. Some of their latest work puts a fresh spin on wooden tables by giving them unique, modernist details inspired by typography. While Kennard and Milne are traditionally-trained furniture makers, their collection steps away from traditional design but retains the same top level of craftsmanship.

Each table is made out of solid wood that’s been responsibly sourced, and since each piece is made by hand, you can customize any detail. The designs are sculptural, and while you’re bringing function into your space, you’re also adding a piece of art that’s designed and built to last a lifetime.
