This home, by spbr, is located in Ubatuba, Brazil, a coastal city in the state of São Paulo. With its main living area supported on columns, the concrete home takes advantage of the steep hill and magnificent view with tons of glass and a rooftop pool. Indoor/outdoor living has inspired a largely open living area. Not only is Ubatuba a fun name to say, it also looks like a great place to live.

it looks like a yacht. since it’s in Ubatuba, Brazil, i think the yacht approah was intentional, perhaps?

Designing the building on columns protects natural site and existing trees as much as possible, this planing makes the house lighter and airy. Nice idea…
