Did you know that the best time to visit Ibiza is between April to October? With spring just around the corner and temperatures on the rise, I’ve been day-dreaming about taking a trip to this island in Spain for a tropical getaway to the San Jose Eco Chic, a luxurious property that’s a part of the Creamhotel’s portfolio of vacation rentals in Ibiza.
You can’t ask for a better getaway than this one. Located in the prestigious community of Vista Alegre, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is set on a picturesque cliff overlooking the Porroig Peninsula and Formentera.
One of the best features of the villa is that it has private access to a small bay (!!). However, if you don’t feel like taking a dip in the sea, the villa is surrounded by a lush garden and has an infinity pool accessible directly from the living room, cultivating that popular design concept of open space living.
The interiors exudes a warm, minimalist and luxurious aesthetic with furnishings selected and made by designers around the world. The home has everything you would need to get comfortable (as if that’s such a hard feat in a location like this), including a 24/7 security guard; a fridge, stove, oven and barbeque to prepare family meals; an integrated audio system; internet/wifi; and a Balinese-style pavilion next to the large terrace outside.

Highlights: The San Jose Eco Chic is a minimalist villa that will instantly get you acclimated to “island life.” Because this is an actual home property and not a hotel, you’ll have everything you need for your tropical island getaway to have it feeling like home (that is, a very luxurious version of home).
Design draw: The villa was designed with a very Balinese-inspired feel that’s very in line with island life, but it’s also very modern in decor, furnishings, and amenities. Trust me, this is definitely not a rickety shack in the middle of the ocean.
