Lee Broom Launches Latest Nouveau Rebel Collection

Just launched at this year’s London Design Festival, Nouveau Rebel is the latest collection from designer Lee Broom. The collection is made up of five new products made of crystal and marble, with a tongue-in-cheek name reference to “the cultural associations of marble, the collection’s core material.” The material is often thought of in a traditional sense, but also the nouveau riche crowd, and Broom aimed to merge the two, while also bringing a bit of 80’s styling to it.

The Chamber lights consist of a lead crystal vessel that houses a Carrara marble diffuser within it. The sculptural marble lets light subtly escape through its body while also directing light downwards. Available as Chamber Small and Chamber Large.

Globe appears to be a solid half sphere of marble with a domed lead crystal top, but it’s a table lamp with a bold presence. An LED bulb is fit within the base emitting light through the thin marble top.

On The Rock Martini, additions to Broom’s crystalware range, are the perfect choice for cocktails.
