Having just picked all my tile for my new house and just gotten back from Coverings, I feel pretty overwhelmed with tile. Tile, tile everywhere. After seeing rows and aisles full of faux-wood and marble-look tile, I was very excited to have stumbled on the Ornamenta booth. Ornamenta, part of the Ceramics of Italy family, is a newish brand of tile that we first took note of last year at Cersaie.
This year, they launched even more tiles on different themes and it was very hard to choose a favorite! Below is just a sampling, but for all the tiles in each collection, visit ornamenta.com.
Camou – a totally new take on camouflage. And tile.
Tangle – love the hand-drawn look of these tiles. I’d love to put these on any floor in my house!
Artwork – these are super graphic and I want to build a new room onto my house just to use these.
Jungle – love the tropical, almost 80s vibe of these.
Miseria e Nobilta – houndstooth meets cardboard meets tile. So cool.
