Twenty years ago, New Jersey-based artist Tara Metzler rescued a pit bull named Novia from an abusive situation. Since then, she has dedicated her time and talents to animal welfare organizations and rescue groups, most recently launching a collection of PSA-style posters to bring awareness and advocate for this wonderful (and misunderstood) breed.
While a percentage of every sale on her site goes to rescue groups, $5 from every Pit Bull PSA Poster sold will go to Pinups for Pitbulls, an internationally recognized pit bull advocacy group. Pretty awesome, if you ask me. Take a peek at all the available posters here!
