Chris Pardo Design: Elemental Architecture has their hands in many architectural pots, designing homes all over the place, including a series of prefab designs for Method Homes (remember this one?). The latest, Cloverdale, was just completed in the hills of Sonoma, California.
At just around 2,300 square feet, the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home took only about four months to complete – from breaking ground to finished product. Pretty amazing, right?
This particular design is a modified version of one from Pardo’s Elemental line of prefab designs.
Complete with a large, ground level patio and a huge roof deck right off the top-floor living area, there is tons of outdoor space to enjoy the views of the rolling hills.
There are plenty of windows throughout letting the young couple enjoy the two-and-a-half acre plot of land the house sits on.
I love how the design is flipped, with the main living area upstairs to take advantage of the views.
