PUPA: A Wooden Beehive by Octavio Barrera

Octavio Barrera was invited to create a wooden beehive by Barcelona-based Publications for Pleasure for their publication Bee Project. They requested a series of photographs showing a step-by-step process of the hive being built to be included in the book and PUPA is the result of that. Handmade with simple pine wood and leather straps, the design is inspired by other traditional beehives but with the added touch of leather details.
