Rise Wall Lamp from Normann Copenhagen

Marianne Andersen was looking to design an uncomplicated light with only the necessary parts in full view and that led to the Rise wall lamp for Normann Copenhagen. The minimalist lamp is made from a cylindrical steel shade with an ash wood base that connects it to the wall. In between the two parts is a turning joint that allows you to rotate the shade and direct light wherever you like, making it work as a reading light or as more of an ambient light.

Rise is available with shades in white, black, grey, petroleum green, and yellow.
