RODD + LIGO: TAMO’s Answers to Elevated Everyday Storage

TAMO answers the call for elevated everyday storage with two new collections that bring intention and clarity to modern interiors. RODD introduces a fresh take on modular, wall-mounted shelving, offering flexibility without visual noise. LIGO complements it with a sculptural approach to book storage, defined by soft transitions and a calming sense of order. Together, they shape a thoughtful vision for how storage can function beautifully with refined simplicity.

Designed by Ukrainian designer Max Voytenko, RODD was made for the moments when life needs to shift with you. Its solid oak boards rest on slender, profiled steel rods that slot into the wall-mounted rails, allowing each shelf to move up or down depending on what you choose to display. The result is a system that makes room – for tall vases, stacked books, or small collected objects – while maintaining the calm, balanced rhythm that defines its form.

LIGO offers a similarly refined approach as a standing bookcase, defined by a unique construction detail. Its solid oak frame is crafted so the vertical legs flow seamlessly into the horizontal shelves, creating soft transitions where you’d normally expect hard edges. Its name, derived from the Latin “I connect,” nods to these elegant junctions. Available in multiple sizes and finishes, LIGO is another way TAMO offers storage that feels thoughtfully elevated.

In their own ways, RODD and LIGO bring a gentle order to the home, making spaces feel neater, calmer, and considered. Each design is constructed with a quiet, poetic clarity, letting form and function meet with measured confidence. Together, they reflect TAMO’s ongoing commitment to creating objects that support the rhythms of daily life with care and considered beauty.
